Affiliate Compensation Plan is an innovative program pioneering a whole
new way of compensation. The best analogy to understand how the business
operates is one of the Broker/Agent Relationship.
CUSTOMERS
Free Customer: They are not eligible
for the OurGV Worldwide Profit-Sharing System, for purposes of profit-sharing
calculation their volume is the
personal volume of the website that referred them. They generate a 10%
rebate on all purchases made, this rebate unless a special request is
made, will be donated to the OurGV.com Top Charities List once per quarter.
Preferred Customer:They
are not eligible for the OurGV Worldwide Profit-Sharing System, for
purposes of profit-sharing calculation their volume is the personal
volume of the website that referred them.
They receive a 25% rebate on any BV's they generate from shopping.
There is a One-Time setup fee of $49.95
(10
BV’s) and they may elect to donate 10% or All of their Rebates
to the OurGV Top Charities List which OurGV will add 10% to.
(after first year must
shop at least twice a year or may be deleted from the system)
WEBSITE HOSTING PACKAGES
Special Note:
Because of OurGV's unique profit-sharing system, there are activity requirements,
in order to maintain your position in the OurGV Worldwide Profit-Sharing
System. The higher up in the OurGV Worldwide Profit-Sharing System
a website is, the more valuable their profit-sharing
potential is. As a result, a certain amount of activity is required,
or you can
be moved to the
bottom
of the OurGV Worldwide Profit-Sharing System. The
activity requirement is very minimal, Preferred Affiliates
& Above must pay their monthly hosting fee of $30, or they will lose
their spot and be moved to the bottom of the Profit-Sharing System
and eventually be deleted.
Additionally, there are ZERO REBATES paid out on website package purchases.
This is true of ANY and ALL website package purchases or upgrades,
monthly hosting, A2Success Trainings, iWorldLink, and any other Business
Tool/Services. However Bonuses and Profit-Sharing ARE.
Free Affiliate Website: They
get a spot in the profit-sharing system, but they ONLY raise money
for charity until they upgrade. They generate a 10% rebate on any BV
from shopping

out to

Top Charities/Non-Profits (unless a special request is made and accepted).
They can sign up other websites, but cannot earn any commissions or

THE OurGV Worldwide PROFIT SHARING SYSTEM
10% of all BV's Generated Worldwide go into a Profit-Sharing Pool.
Affiliates must be Deluxe Rewards Certified in order to earn Profit-Sharing
on any of the BV's that are from Businesses or Non-Profits. Additional
special revenues that are generated from Comparison Shopping thru
OurGV on sites like BizRate.Com will increase the Profit-Sharing
Pool. Other revenue generating tools like that may be added from
time to time and increase the overall value of the Profit-Sharing
Pool.
In order to participate in the OurGV Worldwide Profit-Sharing System,
OurGV Websites must generate a minimum of 10 BV personal, and of
course meet any monthly qualification requirements (i.e. once a status
is achieved the monthly qualification is half what it was to get
the promotion in the first place). The sliding Scale is as follows:

Additional Profit-Sharing for "LOYALTY" -
OurGV has implemented the first of its kind share in worldwide profits
to affiliates that
have stuck with the company for years, but may not be that productive.
This is based on "ACTUAL GROUP VOLUME" which is fairly complex to
calculate, but equates to all the volume produced by affiliates that
are actually in your profit-sharing. It does NOT include volume produced
by affiliates that are in your profit-sharing that were signed up
by an Affiliate ABOVE you in the profit-sharing system. Over time
this will add 1 additional share for every 5,000 BV's of ACTUAL Group
Volume which over say a 10 to 20 year period of time could become
a nice extra check each month.
Additional Profit-Sharing for "PRODUCTION" -
OurGV has also created a Profit-Sharing component that awards top
performing OurGV Affiliates
with a greater share of the worldwide profits, based on their "ACTUAL
PRODUCTION". This is equal to the following:
Every 500 BV's PERSONAL = 1 Additional Share
Every 1000 BV's DIRECT = 1 Additional Share
Your own $30 Monthly Hosting = 1 Additional Share
Your own Pkg. 85 Monthly Hosting or Above = 3 Additional Shares
Million Dollar Club Members are sometimes eligible for an additional
Profit-Sharing Pool based on their high levels of personal production,
this is not a set formula, and is affected by a number of variables,
but can sometimes be a substantial extra bonus.
Once a calendar month has ended, all volume for the month is calculated,
and profit-sharing checks are finalized and mailed sometime during
the 1st week of the 2nd month after. FOR EXAMPLE: January Profit-Sharing
Checks are sent out during the 1st week of March, and so on.
The up to 30% bonus that is paid on website sales, upgrades, business
tools, business services, etc. is paid on the FULL BV Amount.
The up to 20% Personal Referral Bonus is paid on the FULL
BV Amount.
The up to 30% rebate (10% to charity for free affiliates, and free
customers) is also paid on FULL BV.
The up to 30% Bonus on websites, business tool/services and up to
20% personal referral bonus are sent out weekly, with a 2 week delay,
after 2 weeks goes by the check
would
go out the
next
monday.
We cut
these
checks Every Monday.
PRODUCTION BONUS: Each calendar month, Manager
Status
Websites & Above, can qualify for a special Production
Bonus. This bonus is paid once a quarter at a Live A2Success Training
Event.
If the owner of
a qualifying website is unable to
attend the Live Training Event, then the bonuses they qualified for
will be paid out 30 days after the Live Training. The Quarters each
year break down into January, February, March, then April, May, June,
etc. (this
bonus may
not be
a permanent
part
of the
OurGV
Affiliate Compensation
Plan) Here is the bonus:
Production Bonus: In any calendar month your manager
status website or above generates 20,000 BV's DIRECT with a minimum
of 5000 being PERSONAL
Earn a $5,000 bonus
Key Points: Remember Production Bonuses are only
paid out Quarterly, only Manager Status Websites and Above are eligible,
and you can only
earn ONE bonus per month up to a Maximum of $60,000 extra per calendar
year.
DEFINITIONS
Business Volume (BV): This
is the actual dollar amount that any rebates, bonuses, or profit
sharing bonuses will be paid on. Depending on the store, or product
this amount will vary dramatically.
Personal Volume:
BV generated by personal shopping, the personal shopping of any personally
referred free affiliates, free customers, or preferred customers, and
personally signing up websites, hosting, business tools/services, personally
referred website upgrades. Special Note: In the Website Center PV is
only there to be able to verify that an order went through. It is not
reported accurately with regards to the compensation plan, as a lot
of the volume reported as PV is actually Purchase Volume, which means
it is someone else's Personal Volume.
Purchase Volume:
Any BV's generated from website purchases, website upgrades, trainings,
personal monthly hosting, and any other OurGV products or services
designated as business tools/services such as leads etc. counts as
purchase volume for the person buying it, remember it is the personal
volume of the person referring it. This category can qualify an affiliate
for up to 3 shares in the Profit-Sharing System.
Shopping Volume:
All BV generated EXCEPT website sales/upgrades, business tools/services,
& hosting.
Direct Volume:
The total of all your personal volume, AND the personal volume of any
personally referred websites.
Promotion Volume( Prom. Vol):
This
is the amount of volume reported in the website center as "Prom.
Vol". It represents the amount of volume that can be used to
meet the Group Volume requirements necessary to be promoted to
the next level. It is not Actual Group Volume, because this volume
could be generated by people who are not in your Profit-Sharing
System. NOTE: Only volume that comes in After an affiliate has
upgraded will
actually
count.
For
Example:
Let's
say you
were still a Free Affiliate when 1000 BV's came in, you upgrade
to Preferred Affiliate, and even though it still shows the 1000
BV's you would not get credit for them, only the BV's that come
in after you upgraded.
Group Volume (Actual): This
is calculated when Profit-Sharing Checks are run. This is the
volume that is used to qualify for
additional shares in the Profit-Sharing System, as well as to
re-qualify for website status each month.
SPECIAL NOTE: Remember
that website sales, website upgrades, monthly hosting, leads,
training purchases, and other OurGV Business Products & Services
count as the Personal Volume of the Referring Website NOT the
Purchasing Website. As a result the Promotion Volume reported
in the Website Center will often times be much higher than the
Actual Group Volume an Affiliate has. Thus the longer an affiliate
keeps their spot in the OurGV Profit-Sharing System, the larger
their Actual Group Volume will become.
Non-Profit & Merchant Volume:
BV's generated from the Offline Rewards Program that are treated differently
and require Deluxe Rewards Package and Certification to be eligible
to earn bonuses on.
Rebates:
Paid on Shopping BV (Does NOT include Website Packages, Hosting, Business
Tools & Services) to the person generating the BV. 10% to the OurGV
Top Charities List from Free Customers and Free Affiliates, 25% to
Preferred
Customers, Preferred Affiliates, & Premier Websites, and 30% to Qualified
Manager Status Websites and above. Additionally Coordinator Websites
and above. Preferred Affiliates, Premiers, and Coordinators and above
all receive
15% from Free Customer & Free Affiliate Websites.
Business Tools, Hosting, Training, Services
and Website Package Sign Up Bonus:
Since no rebates are paid on the purchase of packages, business tools,
and package upgrades, services, trainings etc., this allows that up
to 30% to be paid out as a bonus on
the BV
generated by them. Preferred Affiliates receive
5%, Premiers receive 15%, Coordinators receive 25%, and Qualified
Manager Status Websites and Above receive 30% when they sign up websites,
website upgrades, monthly hostings, trainings, services, etc. personally.
Also Coordinator and Above Websites are eligible
for roll-up from Preferred, and Premiers. This bonus
is processed weekly on the first Monday following a 14 day delay
from
the time the business tool/service, website package, website upgrade,
or training service was processed.
Personal Referral Bonus:
This is up to a 20% bonus that only Coordinator Status Websites and above
are eligible for. Paid on the total BV from personal volume shopping
or sales of any personally referred Paid Websites. This bonus is also
paid weekly on the first Monday following a 2 week delay.
Personally Referred Matching Bonus:
A sliding bonus of 10-25% paid on the total monthly revenue of any
personally referred Websites. Coordinator Status Websites start out
at 10%, Qualified Managers get an additional 5% for a total of 15%,
Qualified
Supervisors
get another 5% for a total of 20%, and Qualified Directors, Executive
Directors, and International Marketing Directors get another 5% for
a total of 25%.
OurGV Worldwide Profit Sharing:
The pool is based on 10% of the worldwide generated BV's, shares are
earned based on qualified status rank, personal volume, direct volume,
group volume (actual), and purchase volume.
Production Bonuses (for Manager Status
Websites & Above only):
Special Bonus only available
to Manager Status Websites and above. When a certain level of Personal and/or
Direct
Volume
is
reached in a calendar month, this Extra Bonus kicks in. While it is qualified
for on a monthly basis, it is paid out at the end of a 3 month period at a live
A2Success Training. If a website owner who qualified for a Production Bonus is
unable to attend the Live Training, the bonus will be mailed out within 30 days
of the
Live Event. One bonus can be awarded per month, so
a Premier Website Above may earn up to 3 Production bonuses per
Quarter.
(This may not be a permanent bonus)
Website Package Breakdown
Free Customer: Generate
a 10% rebate on Personal Shopping for the OurGV Top Charities List,
and are not in the OurGV Worldwide Profit-Sharing System. Their volume
actually counts as personal volume for the website that referred them.
Preferred Customer: Earn
a 25% rebate on Personal Shopping, and are not in the OurGV Worldwide
Profit-Sharing System.
Their volume actually
counts for the website that referred them as personal volume.
Free Affiliate: Earn
a 10% rebate on Personal Shopping for OurGV Top Charities/Non-Profits,
they ARE in the OurGV Worldwide Profit-Sharing System, but must upgrade
to participate in the profits from
it.
They
can sign
websites
up, must upgrade to earn revenue. Their volume actually counts for
the website that referred them as personal volume until they upgrade. NOTE: Must
upgrade by Midnight P.S.T. Sunday or lose spot in the OurGV Worldwide
Profit-Sharing System. Also, it is possible to upgrade thru production
without purchasing a website, however, in order to maintain status
earned monthly hosting is required.
Preferred Affiliate: Earn
a 25% rebate on Personal Shopping, pick up the 15% difference on any
personally referred free customers, and free affiliates. Earn a 5%
bonus when personally signing website packages, upgrades, or business
tools/services. The remaining 20% rolls up to the first Coordinator
status website.
Premier Business Website: Earn
a 25% rebate on Personal Shopping, pick up the 15% difference on any
personally
referred free customers, and free affiliates. Earn a 15% bonus when
personally signing up websites, website upgrades, or business tools/services.
The remaining 10% rolls up to the first Coordinator Status Website.
Premier PLUS Deluxe Rewards Package: Paid
as a Coordinator Status Website, PLUS eligible for all bonuses on Non-Profits,
