Do the difficult things
One definition of a professional, is a person who does things even when they don't feel like it. Many potential leaders get themselves into trouble by not doing the difficult things in order to be liked. We must be willing to stand alone if people don't agree with us. We have to lead the charge with passion even in the areas that might not excite us.
