Ownership
Many times success is waiting to go only to those who own it. Why would anything truly belong to anyone other than to the owner? In this business it is necessary to take responsibility for our success. We are given a vehicle. This vehicle will always be in development and evolving forward. However, what it is today is what we have. We have to take ownership of it, take responsibility, and make magic out of what we have. When we leave it up to our sponsor, the company, our team, the stores, or anything else, we are only limiting the one thing that we control and that's ourselves. Someone is having success today, why isn't it us? Our success or failure can only be due to one thing and one thing only, and that one thing is ourselves.
