Leaders often come out of left field
Few of us ever feel like we are qualified to lead. We are often influenced by society as to what leaders should look like. These days of change and chaos open the doors for everyone to lead. Often our passion alone will qualify us to lead. Nearly every leader has doubts, feels underqualified, and not sure if they can truly lead. But all of us have the strength that can carry out our mission and hit our goals. We just have to find it.
