Question: If I forget to go through my OurGV website and shop directly from a merchant website, can I still send in my receipts for credit?
Answer: Unforunately, OurGV and our Partner Merchants can not track any purchase that are not made through the OurGV portal. Therefore, we can not credit BV for any receipts for shopping done directly at a merchant website.

Question: If I shop from any OurGV.com site, instead of my personal OurGV.com/mysitename site, will I still get credit for receipts I send into Rewards@ourgv.com?
Answer: Shopping through your personal OurGV website is essential. Everyday, more and more stores are transitioning over to the automatic tracking system where all shopping credit is automatically applied to the website owner. If you shop through an OurGV website, other than your own, and make a purchase from a store that automatically tracks all purcahses, your purchase will be applied to the owner of the OurGV website you shopped through,not you. We are unable to accept email receipts/order confirmations for purchases that are made through stores participating in the automatic tracking system, as those are processed when the purchase is made

Question: Where do I send my receipts for credit? Is there any additional information I need to include along with my receipts?
Answer: Send all receipts to Rewards@ourgv.com . To insure timely and accurate credit for your purchases, we must have the following information included with your receipt:

Your Name and OurGV ID#, Merchant Name, Order#, and Order Total BEFORE any taxes or shipping charges are added, as we only issue credit for the actual product order total, itself.

If any of this information is not included with your receipt, posting will be delayed until the Rewards team is able tocontact you.

Question: How do I know if I need to forward in my email receipt for my purchases to receive credit?
Answer: When you click on a merchant and the following message appears on the top of the page ------------ NOTICE ------------ In order to earn your Cash Rebate from the OurGV.com Online Shopping Mall, forward your purchase receipt e-mail to rewards@ourgv.com AND remember to include your Mall ID Number - -0 in the forwarded e-mail. this is when you need to forward in your purchase receipt. When you click on a merchant and there is no notice appearing on the top of the page, that particular purchase is fully automated and credit will be given as long as you shop from your personal website. In this case, please DO NOT send in these receipts to rewards@ourgv.com as it is not needed.

Question: If I have my own online merchant, can I have it added to the OurGV.com shopping mall?
Answer: Currently, only merchants that already have an affiliate program set up that will track orders and commssions, are accepted. If the individual merchant does not have an affiliate tracking system in place, we are unable to add them to the OurGV.com mall, at this time. We are, however, in the process of implementing an OurGV.com affiliate program. Until then, we have saved all interested merchants and will personally email/call them when this affiliate program is set up.

Question: Do I earn rebates when I shop through my toolbar?
Answer: Shopping rebates are earned through the toolbar s Shop link connecting to your personal OurGV Mall. Shopping rebates are not earned through merchants found through a toolbar search. If you find a merchant through a toolbar search, you are welcome to search for that merchant in your OurGV Mall or search for another merchant in the Mall offering the same product/service.

Question: I am shopping from a store on my OurGV.com mall and they have a redirect link to another merchant that is also in the OurGV Shopping Mall. If I click that redirect link, will I still get credit for my purchases?
Answer: OurGV cannot give credit for shopping done through any merchant other than the specific merchant partners listed in the OurGV Mall. Shoppers must enter each merchant directly through their personal OurGV shopping mall. Some sites, such as Amazon.com, do have redirect links to other merchants that are also on the OurGV Mall. You will still need to access those stores directly from your personal OurGV mall in order to receive credit for your purchase. All of our partner merchants can determine how a shopper accessed their website when making a purchase. If you use a redirect link on another merchant website, and make a purchase, your order will not show as originating from OurGV. For example, let’s say you enter Amazon.com through your personal OurGV mall. Once there, you notice that Amazon.com has a link to Office Depot on their website. You enter Office Depot using the link on Amazon.com, and make a purchase. When your order is tracked, it will show that you entered Office Depot from the Amazon.com website, NOT your OurGV mall. In this example, you would not receive credit for your purchase from Office Depot. In order to receive credit for your purchase, you will need to enter Office Depot directly from your personal OurGV mall.
